Mark Schultz is the Vice President at Capital One responsible for Fair and Responsible Banking Advisory and Analytics, which includes Fair Lending, Sales Practices, and UDAAP compliance. Mark has been at Capital One for 15 years. Prior to Capital One, he was with the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC for 15 years where he developed policy for consumer compliance exams, focusing on fair lending, and led data processing and IT teams. Mark has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Financial Risk Management from Virginia Tech.
